Targeting is highly precise: the system allows you to monitor an entire region (oblast), a specific district, a single city, or even an individual local community (gromada). During an active alert, the player automatically ducks the background music and plays a clear voice notification.What is required to activate the alert map and automation?
You don't need to pay any third-party services. All you need to do is obtain a new API key from the alert map system provider completely free of charge, and paste it into the software settings. After that, the real-time interactive map inside the player window and the automated music-ducking feature will instantly become active.What are the system requirements? Will it run on old PCs?
The software is developed exclusively for Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems (operation on Windows 7 or older OS versions has not been tested and is not officially supported). # NekoWeave Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding the collection, use, and protection of information when you use our desktop application and activation services.## 1. Information Collection and Use (Desktop Application)
NekoWeave is a local desktop application designed for broadcasting background music and scheduled commercial announcements.
* Personal Data: The NekoWeave desktop application DOES NOT automatically collect, store, or transmit any personal data, personally identifiable information (PII), or user analytics.
* Licensing & Device Verification: To validate your commercial license, the application locally generates a unique encrypted activation request code (NKWR) based on the computer's hardware characteristics (hardware fingerprint). This code is irreversible, contains no personal data (such as names or emails), and is used solely to bind the license to a specific device.
* Local Storage: All application settings, playlists, audio tracks, and commercial announcement schedules are stored strictly locally on the user's hard drive.## 2. License Activation and Support (Telegram Bot)
While the desktop application itself operates in an isolated local environment, the commercial license activation process requires interaction with our official Telegram Bot.
* Information Collected: When you request or manage a license through our bot, we receive your Telegram User ID, Username, and the hardware-based activation request code (NKWR) you manually provide.
* Purpose of Use: This information is strictly used to generate and issue your neko.lic license file, provide technical support, manage your subscription, and prevent license fraud.
* Data Retention: Your Telegram contact details and associated irreversible hardware hashes are stored securely in our licensing database. We do not use this data for marketing spam, and we NEVER sell, rent, or share it with any third parties.## 3. Third-Party Services & API Keys
To provide automated air raid alerts, NekoWeave communicates with an external data provider (alerts.in.ua).
* Use of Personal API Key: The application does not contain a "built-in" access key. The user independently obtains a personal API key from the official alerts.in.ua website and enters it into the application settings. Therefore, NekoWeave acts merely as a local client for your direct connection to this service.
* Data Transmission: When checking the alert status, the application transmits only your personal API key to authorize the request. No personal data, precise location information, or device identifiers (HWID) are transmitted to the third-party service.## 4. Security
